Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants were students from the first year of undergraduate studies to the third year of postgraduate studies at Zhejiang Normal University. They were aged between 18 and 26. The subjects were healthy adults without acute or chronic diseases, with normal vision or corrected vision, right-handed, and without 3D vertigo or claustrophobia. Health requirements: No acute or chronic illnesses, normal vision or corrected vision. Other requirements: Meet the criteria for participation in physical activity as outlined in the PAR-Q questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-Zhejiang Normal University students, those with acute or chronic illnesses, colour blindness, or hearing impairments.
