Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 60 and 100 years (inclusive); 2. Presence of chronic musculoskeletal injuries such as knee osteoarthritis, hip osteoarthritis, or shoulder periarthritis; 3. Coexisting atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), such as coronary artery disease or peripheral artery disease, with stable condition; 4. Healthy aging elderly individuals; 5. Independent in activities of daily living; 6. Able to walk 200 meters and stand up from a seated position without significant difficulty; 7. Willingness to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke; 2. Heart function class II or higher; 3. Uncontrolled blood pressure not consistently below 140/90 mmHg; 4. Severe osteoporosis (T-score <= 2.5 SD with one or more fragility fractures); 5. Infectious diseases such as influenza; 6. Fracture within the past year; 7. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 8. Concurrent oncological disease; 9. Life expectancy of less than one year; 10. Patients deemed unsuitable for exercise training by the investigator.
