Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with atrial fibrillation: 1. Age: 30-75 years old, gender not limited;2. The history of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation should be no less than 6 months, and there should be atrial fibrillation attacks in the past 3 months.3. It meets the diagnostic criteria for "palpitations with phlegm-heat and blood stasis obstruction syndrome".4. Sign the informed consent form;Subjects who met 1.2.3.4 were included in the group with phlegm-heat and blood stasis obstruction syndrome for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and those who met 1.2.4were included in the group without phlegm-heat and blood stasis obstruction syndrome for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: 1. Age: 30-75 years old, gender not limited;2. Sinus rhythm, normal electrocardiogram;3. Normal blood and urine routine tests, liver and kidney functions;4. Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for atrial fibrillation patients: 1. Those with underlying heart diseases such as coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and valvular heart disease;2. Those with chronic diseases such as hyperthyroidism, autoimmune diseases, and malignant tumors;3. Patients with acute or chronic infectious diseases;4. Those who have had surgery within the past two months;5. For those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, creatinine is greater than 177umol/L, and transaminase is more than three times the normal value;6. Pregnant or lactating women and those with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: 1. Those with a history of chronic diseases in the respiratory system, circulatory system, blood system, endocrine system, etc.2. Those who have a history of acute or chronic infections within the past month;3. Pregnant or lactating women and those with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate.
