Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with endometrial carcinoma who underwent preoperative high-resolution MRI of the endometrium, with MRI images meeting clarity standards and being artifact-free (compliant with DICOM standards).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who received preoperative chemoradiotherapy or surgery, lacked preoperative MRI examination, had poor MR image quality or severe motion artifacts, or had incomplete patient information.
