Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=18 years; (2) Caregivers of patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and have undergone colostomy surgery in this hospital; (3) Mainly responsible for the care of the stoma patients during their hospital stay, with a daily care duration of >=4 hours; (4) The caregiver voluntarily agrees to participate and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having received psychological intervention before enrollment; (2) Ineffective communication and abnormal cognitive function.
