Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 or above, (2) Chinese with the ability to speak Cantonese or English, (3) able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with epilepsy or mental disorder diagnosis and currently on active medical or psychological treatment, and (2) likely to engage in immediate risk behaviour, such as suicide and/or violence.
