The experimental group:Oliceridine was used for anesthesia induction and postoperative analgesia.
The control group:Sufentanil was used for anesthesia induction and postoperative analgesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patents with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III,age ranging from 18 to 75 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of relevant drug allergies or contraindications; those with coagulation disorders; those with dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; those with other types of malignancies; those who have undergone radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy before surgery; those with pre-existing acute or chronic pain, a history of dependence on anesthetic drugs, or a propensity for addiction; those with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or other conditions that cause ventilatory and gas exchange dysfunction in the lungs; those with gastrointestinal obstruction; those with neurological or psychiatric disorders who are unable to communicate or cooperate with postoperative follow-up.
