18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restrictions, between the ages of 18 and 65. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Heel Pain – Plantar Fasciitis: Revision 2023" clinical practice guidelines, and the most recent pain VAS score must be > = 3 points. 3. Good mental state, good compliance, able to receive 6 weeks of treatment. 4. Patients are informed of the content of this clinical study and agree to sign a clinical informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant with other foot and ankle diseases or systemic diseases: fractures, surgical history, trauma, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, infections, ulcers, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, etc.; 2. Allergic reactions to shock wave couplers; 3. 3. Those who have received extracorporeal shock wave treatment in the past one month and steroid injections in the past three months.
