Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized in the Department of Pancreatic and Biliary Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University; 2. It is rated as MSAP/SAP based on the improved Marshall scoring system and the revised Atlanta grading system. 3. There has been no recent history of using antibiotics or probiotics, no severe diarrhea, and a regular diet before the onset of the disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pancreatitis; 2. Benign and malignant pancreatic tumors; 3. Allergic constitution: There is an allergy or intolerance to probiotics; 4. Long-term use of antibiotics or immunosuppressants; 5. Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes before the onset of the disease; 6. Pregnant women or those under 18 years old.
