Research Group:Fractional CO2 Laser Combined with Pelvic Floor Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Therapy

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No contraindications to pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy or fractional CO2 laser therapy; 2. Aged 20–45 years, diagnosed with vaginal laxity (admitting >=2 fingers on digital vaginal examination) at our hospital's Pelvic Floor Clinic, and scheduled for both biofeedback electrical stimulation and fractional CO2 laser therapies; 3. Fully comprehend their medical condition and treatment plan, have signed the treatment consent form, and agreed to undergo therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. History of severe hematological disorders, epilepsy, or incurable malignant diseases; 3. Chronic use of antithrombotic agents due to medical conditions; 4. Previous laser hypersensitivity or history of pelvic/urinary surgeries; 5. Acute infections (e.g., herpes genitalis, vaginitis, cervicitis, PID) or acute exacerbations of chronic infections (e.g., chronic pelvic inflammatory disease); 6. Unexplained abnormal uterine bleeding; 7. Concurrent participation in other therapeutic regimens besides the two specified interventions.
