Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Physically healthy university students; (2) Interaction Anxiousness Scale (IAS) score >=38 or Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale (BFNES) score >=32; (3) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications to exercise; (2) Currently receiving other treatments for social anxiety (medication or psychological therapy); (3) Severe depression or suicide risk; (4) Psychotic disorders or substance use disorders; (5) Serious physical illnesses that might affect participation.
