Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who solely undergo arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have had previous surgery, joint puncture or infection at the surgical site; 2. Those who have tumors and other diseases that affect immune function; 3. Those with poor blood sugar control with diabetes; 4. Those with acute and chronic infections in other parts of the body; 5. Those who have used antibiotics within 2 weeks before surgery will lose follow-up.
