Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological diagnosis of oral vitiligo; 2. Age>=18 years (male and female; excluding pregnant or lactating women and women planning to become pregnant within 2 years), voluntarily participate in this study and sign the subject's informed consent form; 3. No use of immunomodulatory drugs or systemic antifungal therapy within 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vitiligo biopsy is severely abnormal hyperplasia or has become cancerous; 2. Received other immunotherapy within 3 months; 3. Contraindications to the use of thymus peptide or sodium bicarbonate; 4. Systemic disease that is not effectively controlled.
