Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) Individuals scheduled for open liver surgery or liver biopsy for various indications. (b) Aged 20 to 99 years. (c) Capable of understanding and signing informed consent and complying with study requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (b) Presence of uncontrolled major systemic diseases, including but not limited to: infectious or inflammatory disorders, renal failure, malignancies, mental disorders, or uncontrolled autoimmune diseases other than autoimmune liver diseases (e.g., glomerulonephritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, arthritis). (c) Refusal to participate in the study or failure to provide signed informed consent.
