65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65 years old,<=80 years old, regardless of gender; 2. The surgical method is lumbar fusion and internal fixation; 3. ASA level II-III; 4. Obtain informed consent from the patient and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with mental or conscious disorders before surgery; 2. Patients who have been taking sedative drugs for a long time; 3. Obese (BMI (Body mass index) >=28); 4. Those who have contraindications to the anesthetic drugs related to this study; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (requiring drug intervention) before surgery.
