Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject meets the diagnostic criteria A for PTSD, that is, he has experienced a traumatic event; 2. The score of Post-Traumatic Cognition Scale (PTCI) is higher than the group average; 3. Be over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject cannot use a mobile phone or computer for various reasons; 2. The subject refuses to participate in the trial; 3. Have severe mental disorders and cannot cooperate.
