Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 20-90 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with gallbladder diseases (gallstones, gallbladder polyps, gallbladder adenomas, gallbladder cancer) through B-ultrasound, CT, MRI, and postoperative pathology. Note: The diagnosis of gallbladder diseases before surgery requires corresponding B-ultrasound and CT examinations. For cases that are difficult to determine before surgery, MRI is needed to further determine the nature of the disease; The postoperative pathological diagnosis is the gold standard for the diagnosis of gallbladder diseases mentioned above. 3. The patient voluntarily signs the informed consent form and insists on it until the end of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the health group: 1. combined with liver and gallbladder diseases; 2. The gallbladder has been removed; 3. Those without legal capacity or insight, or patients refused to be included in the group. Exclusion criteria for gallbladder disease group: 1. Concomitant with other liver and gallbladder diseases; 2. Combined jaundice; 3. Those without legal capacity or insight, or patients refused to be included in the group.
