Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Simple obese individuals who simultaneously meet the diagnostic criteria for phlegm-dampness constitution and overweight/obesity; 2. Age: 30 to 49 years old (inclusive); 3. Have resided locally for one year or more and will not leave the city in the next six months; 4. Waist circumference: Male >=90cm, female >=85cm; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lung diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, endocrine system diseases, and malignant tumors who need to be managed in accordance with disease management methods; 2. Those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or gastrointestinal surgery that may affect product absorption; 3. Patients with secondary obesity: those with hypothalamic syndrome, pituitary adenoma, Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, hyperadrenal insufficiency, etc. 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Inability to cooperate, such as intellectual disability, mental or mental disorders, etc. 6. Those who are currently undergoing or have undergone other weight loss treatments in the past three months, including those taking weight loss drugs; Cases are excluded if any one or more of the above criteria are met.
