GroupB:Bupivacaine Group (5 ml of 0.25% bupivacaine)
Group A:Liposomal Bupivacaine Group (5 ml of 0.532% liposomal bupivacaine)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients underwent surgical procedures under general anesthesia; 2.Age: 60-80 years;Body Mass Index (BMI): 20-27 kg/m^2;ASA Physical Status Classification: Grade I-III; 3.All patients were fully informed and provided written informed consent, and the study was approved by the hospital's Ethics Committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing sleep disorder with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >5; 2.Severe hypertension, cardiac disease, diabetes mellitus, or cerebrovascular disease; 3.Long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; 4.History of neurological/psychiatric disorders impairing cooperation, inability to comprehend scale content, or refusal to participate; 5.Allergy to the investigational drug.
