Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged 18-75 years. Individuals from a community-based natural population cohort who are permanent residents of the study area or regularly participate in health examinations at designated medical centers. Willing to participate in the study and having provided signed informed consent. Able to provide complete baseline data, including demographic information, clinical data, and assessments for anxiety/mood disorders and urinary incontinence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe physical diseases (e.g., cancer, serious cardiovascular disorders). Those currently diagnosed with urinary tract infections, genitourinary fistulas, or who are pregnant at the time of the survey. Individuals with incomplete data or inability to cooperate with the study procedures. Patients with severe mental retardation, advanced dementia, acute psychotic disorders, or other related conditions.
