Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient with dysphagia confirmed by video fluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS); 2. Two weeks after tracheostomy, the patient is conscious and can receive swallowing training; 3. During this course of illness, the patient never wore a speaking valve.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's vital signs are unstable; 2. A dysphagia history; 3. The patient is accompanied by severe respiratory stenosis, serious internal medicine diseases, mental or cognitive impairment, and sensory abnormalities and is unable to cooperate with treatment; 4. The patient has used drugs recently that may affect swallowing function, such as diuretics and muscle relaxants; 5. 5. The patient has concurrent pharyngeal diseases or a history of pharyngeal surgery.
