18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hematological malignancies by histopathological or cytological examination, with reference to the *CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Malignant Tumors*; 2 Patients who all receive high-dose chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3 Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4 Patients with normal vision or corrected vision; 5 Patients with reading and communication abilities, normal hearing, and proficiency in Mandarin listening comprehension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participating in other psychological interventions or counseling; 2 Having a history of mental illness and/or a family history of mental illness; 3 Having a history of other severe physical illnesses; 4 Having experience with mindfulness training.
