Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II-III 2) Obtain informed consent form; 3) Age over 65 years old; 4) Patients planning to undergo surgery for gastrointestinal tumors;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2) History of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), chronic analgesic medication, and alcohol abuse; 3) Patients with preoperative CAM positivity 4) Patients diagnosed with severe cognitive impairment have >= 8 errors in the preoperative Simplified Mental State Questionnaire (SPMSQ); 5) Have experienced any cerebrovascular accidents within the past 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc; 6) Patients with diabetes who have serious complications (diabetes ketoacidosis, hypertonic coma, various infections, macroangiopathy, diabetes nephropathy); 7) Patients with severe infections; 8) Preoperative PaO2<60mmHg or SpO2<92%; 9) Participated in another drug clinical study within the past 30 days; 10) Language communication barrier, unable to complete cognitive function tests; 11) Use of antibiotics in the past three months
