Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathologically confirmed colon cancer; 2. complete clinicopathological data; 3. no other concurrent malignant tumors; 4. no prior neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy. Adjacent non-cancerous tissues from the same patients were used as controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with multiple primary colon cancers or hereditary colon cancers were excluded.
