40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years old; 2. Within 2 weeks of stroke onset; 3. Comply with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; 4. Definite diagnosis by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging; 5. Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 6. Motor dysfunction: NIHSS <= 15, MRS <= 4; 7. Patient should fully understand the research protocol and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignancy; 2. Mental disorders; 3. Extrapyramidal system injury (such as Parkinson's syndrome); 4. Severe cerebrovascular disease; 5. Arrhythmias; 6. Severe primary cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, or hematopoietic diseases; 7. Previous neurological deficits; 8. Epileptic seizures; 9. Hemorrhagic stroke; 10. Needle phobia; 11. Skin injury, eczema or infection; 12. Severe trauma; 13. Pregnant or lactating women; 14. Participating in other clinical trials.
