60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and above; 2. Doctor diagnosed atrial fibrillation; 3. Successful radiofrequency ablation without serious complications after surgery; 4. Mentally normal, able to communicate and communicate normally; 5. Stable condition and normal motor function; 6. Patients or their regular family members can be proficient in using smart phones; 7. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with serious organic diseases or malignant tumours.
