Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old and younger than 65 years old. 2. First receiving a kidney transplant. 3. The patient presented with suspected clinical symptoms of rejection and underwent renal biopsy. 4. The quantity and quality of the remaining clinical tissue biopsy samples meet the testing standards. 5. Patients who have signed the informed consent form and are willing to cooperate with the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Multiple organ transplantation recipients. 3.Patients with contraindications to immunosuppressant and hormone use. 4.Patients with autoimmune diseases, severe cardiopulmonary diseases or active liver disease. 5.Patients with previous malignant tumors (except successfully treated local non-melanocytic skin cancer). 6.The patient has any form of substance abuse, mental illness, or any condition that the researcher believes may interfere with the patient's understanding of the study requirements. 7.Patients who were not available for routine study visits or follow-up or who were followed at an unaccredited laboratory.
