Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 18 years; Underwent endoscopic resection surgery for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2.Regardless of gender; 3.treated at The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between 2023 and 2025; 4.Underwent endoscopic resection surgery for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative acute stroke; 2.Patients with severe neurological disorders; 3.Patients with incomplete clinical data.
