Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke in the Chinese guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular diseases 2.Age >= 18, regardless of gender 3.Time from onset to admission <= 7 days (acute phase) or with a clear history of stroke (chronic phase) 4.Complete clinical data (retrospective study)/signed informed consent (prospective study)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Transient ischemic attack (TIA) or stroke mimicry without evidence of infarction 2.Hemorrhagic or mixed stroke 3.Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment unable to cooperate with follow-up 4.Participate in other interventional clinical trials
