Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years old; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Elective hip surgery under general anesthesia for endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, poor control of blood sugar in diabetes, preoperative cognitive impairment or mental illness, and those who have been using sedatives or psychotropic drugs for a long time.
