Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of acute neurological deficit, confirmed as new ischemic stroke by head CT or MRI, etc., and the first stroke; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Course of the disease< = 7 days; 4. Complete MMSE scale screening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of definite cognitive dysfunction, anxiety, or depression; 2. Presence of sleep apnea syndrome, head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor or other brain diseases (such as Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases); 3. Serious comorbidities (such as severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, etc.) or malignant tumors; 4. Secondary cerebral infarction due to angioplasty or surgery.
