Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction established by the 2013 American College of Cardiology/American Stroke Association and the diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation established by the 2014 American College of Cardiology; 2.Patients have a history of non-valvular atrial fibrillation and have experienced a first-ever spontaneous cerebral infarction or transient ischemic attack (TIA); 3. Patients are admitted to the study center for treatment within 7 days of symptom onset; 4.Patients are over 18 years of age and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe coagulation disorders or hepatic and renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate 3); 4. Poor compliance that would prevent completion of follow-up.
