Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients suspected of having pulmonary hypertension who have undergone both right heart catheterization and echocardiography; 3. Willingness to participate in this study and provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intervals exceeding 30 days between echocardiography and right heart catheterization; 2. Absence of tricuspid regurgitation or incomplete tricuspid regurgitation spectral data on echocardiography; 3. Poor echocardiographic image quality or incomplete right heart catheterization data; 4. Presence of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and atrioventricular block; 5. Pregnancy or lactation ; 6. Presence of psychiatric disorders .
