Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those diagnosed with dementia in hospitals at Level 2 or above; 2.Staying in a medical institution for 6 months or more; 3.Able to carry out basic communication; 4.The patient's family members have given informed consent and will cooperate in completing this study; 5. Age>=60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having an acute phase of mental illness and being unable to cooperate in completing this study; 2.Being unable to communicate through writing or language; 3.Having severe underlying diseases that make it impossible to complete this study; 4.Being unwilling or unable to participate in this study due to other reasons.
