Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other diseases causing cognitive decline (such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, Hashimoto's encephalopathy, metabolic encephalopathy, sleep-disordered breathing, depression, etc.); 2. Cranial MRI showing cerebral infarction, white matter lesions with Fazekas grade >= 2, space-occupying lesions, or other abnormal signals; 3. Hachinski Ischemic Scale score > 4 points; 4. A history of long-term use of antidepressants, sedatives, or long-term alcohol consumption; 5. Presence of contraindications to TMS, such as having metal implants, electronic devices, or pacemakers in the body.
