Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years or older; 2.Informed consent; 3.Evaluated as eligible for nasoenteric tube placement, including: severe pancreatitis, intolerance to gastric feeding, gastric retention, and delayed gastric emptying.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Critical illness with unstable vital signs; 2.Refusal to participate; 3.Presence of contraindications for nasoenteric tube placement, including: upper gastrointestinal bleeding, edema of the pylorus, intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, coagulation disorders, esophageal stricture, esophageal and gastric varices, and nasopharyngeal tumors, etc.
