Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. complete informed consent; 3. the ability to understand and complete the research questionnaire; 4. no history of neurocognitive dysfunction; 5. scheduled non-cardiac elective surgery under general anesthesia; 6. ASA 1 ~ 3; 7. the surgery duration is 2 ~ 5 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Neurosurgery; 3. schizophrenia or active psychosis; 4. history of drug or alcohol dependence or abuse in the past three months; 5. dementia or obvious nervous system diseases (such as stroke, epilepsy, intracranial tumor, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 6. heart rate < 50 beats / min, sick sinus syndrome, severe heart block.
