Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for ankylosing spondylitis; 2.Aged 18 years or above; 3.With no communication barriers and able to clearly express their own will; 4.Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form, and voluntarily accept the relevant investigations of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or multiple organ failure, and those whose conditions may change at any time; 2.Patients with deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs or other orthopedic diseases who need to limit limb movement, and patients with motor dysfunction such as Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis, fractures, etc.; 3.Patients with neurological and mental system diseases or those taking drugs for mental illness, and who cannot cooperate; 4.Patients who participated in other trials within 3 months prior to obtaining informed consent, or patients currently participating in other trials.
