Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inpatient orthopedic patient; 2.Patients who have been admitted to the orthopedic department of our hospital for surgery and blood transfusion in the past ten years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No preoperative four pathogen test; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, diabetes, epilepsy, and psychiatric history are excluded. 3. Missing data.
