Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Donor lungs meeting clinical lung transplantation standards: ABO blood type compatibility; Age 250 mmHg (at PEEP=5 cmH2O); Chest X-ray showing relatively clear lung fields or minimal-to-moderate exudative shadows; Bronchoscopy revealing relatively clean airway lumens; Absence of significant pathogens in sputum microbiology; No underlying pulmonary diseases in the donor (e.g., active tuberculosis, lung cancer), though bronchial asthma is acceptable. 2.Recipient age between 18 and 75 years. 3.Negative panel-reactive antibody (PRA) test result in the recipient. 4.Primary (first-time) lung transplantation. 5.Informed Consent?;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Donor Lung Cold Ischemia Time >12 hours; 2.Lung Retransplantation or Multiple Transplantations; 3.Multiorgan Transplantation; 4.Salvage Lung Transplantation;
