Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) with surgical indications and indications: lumbar disc herniation, ?° and ?° lumbar spondylolisthesis, non-osseous and space-occupying mild to moderate lumbar spinal stenosis; 2) initial UBE-TLIF; 3) complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Follow-up time <=18 months; 2) non-lumbar degenerative diseases such as lumbar fracture, ankylosing spondylitis, tumor and tuberculosis; 3) combined with spinal deformity, inflammation, chronic pain, thoracic spine, cervical spine and other spinal dysfunction; 4) complicated with heart disease, uremia, severe osteoporosis and other serious diseases; 5) recurrent lumbar disc herniation; 6) severe lumbar spondylolisthesis.
