Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suspected of having acute myocardial infarction or stable coronary artery disease, who underwent Transthoracic Echocardiography, Contrast Echocardiography, and Coronary Angiography prior to intervention; 2.The time interval between the echocardiographic examinations and Coronary Angiography must be less than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid conditions that could confound the assessment of regional wall motion, such as severe cardiac arrhythmias, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or significant valvular heart disease, to ensure cohort homogeneity; 2.Patients with poor acoustic windows resulting from severe emphysema or obesity, which precludes clear visualization of myocardial segments and reliable image interpretation; 3.Patients with a prior history of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), or balloon angioplasty, to avoid the potential confounding effects of prior revascularization on the assessment of myocardial perfusion.
