Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 5 years = 0.70 (kU/L) (house dust mites and/or dust mites); meet either 2) or 3); (3) If allergic rhinitis is present, it should be evaluated as allergic rhinitis according to the ARIA guidelines.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cognitive impairment or whose guardians cannot cooperate with treatment; (2) Patients with severe asthma or uncontrolled asthma (FEV1/FVC < 70%); (3) Patients using beta-blockers or angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors; (4) Patients with malignant tumors, active severe infections or genetic metabolic diseases; (5) Patients with autoimmune deficiencies such as primary immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases; (6) Pregnant adolescents or patients with severe endocrine diseases such as thyroid or growth hormone deficiency.
