Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Impaired consciousness > 28 days; Adults aged 18 years and older; No intracranial active bleeding within 2 weeks; CRS-R assessed as vegetative state or microconscious state.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with poor basic conditions, serious diseases in other systems, and unstable vital signs; Those who refuse to join the group
