Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Indications for gastric mucosal biopsy during gastroscopy include: (1) high suspicion of malignant tumors requiring pathological confirmation; (2) gastric ulcers; (3) polyps; (4) erosions or inflammation with an undetermined nature necessitating pathological diagnosis. 2. Eligible patients must be aged >=18 and <=80 years, regardless of gender; 3. Capable of independently completing the informed consent process.??
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. vulnerable populations, minors, and pregnant women; 2. use of oral anticoagulants within the past 7 days; 3. severe coagulopathy; 4. high risk of gastrointestinal perforation (e.g., active gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal bleeding within the past 7 days, or severe gastric ulcers).?
