Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 to 75 years old; 2.ASA grade <=3; 3. Perform laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 4. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental illness makes it impossible to cooperate; 2. Severe comorbidities, such as severe heart disease, severe respiratory diseases, etc; 3. Patients with contraindications for regional block, including severe coagulation disorders, local infections at the operation site, and severe spinal deformities, etc; 4. There is chronic pain; 5. History of opioid abuse.
