18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-65 years old; 2. The endocrine specialist diagnosed type 1 diabetes; 3. Disease duration >= 6 months; 4. HbA1c levels were measured at 7.5-12% three months prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other diabetes intervention measures; 2. Those who are unable to proficiently use smartphones; 3. Those who cannot understand written or spoken Chinese and cannot communicate in Mandarin; 4. Having serious complications/complications that may affect the outcome of diabetes or diabetes self-management; 5. Patients who are pregnant or planning to conceive within the next 6 months; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (AST/ALT exceeding the upper limit of normal by more than 3 times and/or eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73 m^2); 7. Suffer from serious complications/complications that may affect the outcome of diabetes or self-management of diabetes, including but not limited to: mental disease, chronic liver disease, active malignant tumor, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), digestive tract disease, endocrine disorder, disabling cerebrovascular disease.
