Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Onset within 0-24 hours; 2. Confirmed by CTA/MRA/DSA as occlusion of the internal carotid artery, or main trunk/branches of the middle cerebral artery, or basilar artery, or bilateral intracranial vertebral arteries; 3. Age >=18 years; 4. NIHSS score >=6; 5. Pre-stroke mRS <=1;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative CT scan confirmed intracranial hemorrhage. 2. Severe impairment of cardiac, hepatic, or renal function; 3. Inability to complete laboratory tests or incomplete documentation within 24 hours before the procedure; 4. Lack of 3-month postoperative follow-up data;
