Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed by gastroscopic biopsy pathology and meeting the diagnostic criteria for proximal gastric cancer in the "CACA Gastric Cancer Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (Condensed Edition)". 2.The maximum diameter of the tumor is = 1/2. 4.Preoperative imaging examinations rule out distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe underlying diseases; 2.Malignant tumors in other systems; 3.Age >=85 years old; 4.The upper pole of the tumor recurrently invades the esophagus for more than 3 cm; 5.Incomplete clinical case data or lost to follow-up.
