Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>=18 years old; BMI>30kg/m^2; ASA grade II.~III.; Planned elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring invasive blood pressure monitoring; agree to participate and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in the study;Positive Allen’s test or modified Allen’s test;Recent arterial puncture at the radial artery site;Nerve injury, hematoma, or infection at the puncture site;Peripheral vascular disease;Coagulation disorders;Psychiatric conditions affecting cooperation;History of chronic pain;Unstable vital signs;Allergy to local anesthetics or ultrasound gel.
